Wow, what a beautiful upgrade from our 2008 Panasonic Viera and at a great price. The TV shipped the same day and arrived New in the original packaging as described. It was packaged very well with extra padding around the corners, top and bottom. I must admit, I was very nervous about purchasing such a large TV from eBay and even more concerned about its safety during transit, however the TV was delivered safe and undamaged. Admittedly, I was a little nervous when I saw a brand new item listed at such a great price without listing pictures. I saw that the seller had excellent feedback and sold a ton of Sony products, but a camera grip still seemed a little out of place. But even so, the product is exactly as described!
